I was incredibly hesitant to obtain this machine. I at very first was going to buy an ab circle but went with the ab glider rather because of the negative complaints stated a/b the circle. The ab glider having said that, had pretty tiny reviews so I decided to be a test dummy and take the plunge.

Due to my height, I do not get substantially workout when I do the core crunches on the machine. Neither does my husband. Why? b/c the semi circle slope does not give us leeway to appropriately do the excercise. My husband and I each in spite of this get a terrific perform out for our obliques and those Lower core stomach muscles that are hardest to target effectively.
Why 4 stars not five?
This machine would have been excellent if the manufacturer did some minor adjustments. A knee cup/ or knee pads would have been a good comfort. Also, the deal with bars should have been created adjustable. This machine is good for any one between 5' to 5'5 otherwise it's just to "smaller" for larger persons... too restricting for the range of motion you would call for for a Awesome ab workout. Smaller sized individuals will get the complete advantages of the machine.
My husband and I both wear shorts while working out. Joggers are not advisable. Your pants will have you sliding all more than the location. Bare knees provides a greater anchor.
